The Magar Filmmakers Association (MFA) was founded with a clear purpose: to serve as a creative platform for the Magar community, fostering our unique cultural identity and encouraging the art of filmmaking among our people. Our association is dedicated to promoting, preserving, and sharing the rich heritage, stories, and traditions of the Magar community through the powerful medium of film.

In today’s rapidly evolving world, cinema serves not only as entertainment but also as a reflection of society, a tool for education, and a bridge to understanding our roots. Through our work, we aim to inspire current and future generations of Magar filmmakers to create works that showcase the beauty of our culture, the challenges we face, and the triumphs of our community.
